Valeria ERCOLINI is a Counsel in the tax practice group. Before joining the Firm in 2022, she worked as a Director at a prestigious firm in Luxembourg for 4 years and before that, she worked with one of the “Big Four” audit firms in Luxembourg in the Corporate Services department.
With over 12 years of experience in the tax and corporate law, Valeria advises a diverse range of clients on corporate and tax aspects relating to corporate reorganisations and refinancing, as well as on the structuring and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Her clients appreciate her accuracy and responsiveness and have great confidence in her judgement, as Valeria always takes into account the business objectives of the companies she advises.
In addition to her legal practice, Valeria is a lecturer at ILA, Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs, where she shares her extensive knowledge and insights with the next generation of legal professionals.
