Muriel PIQUARD is a Counsel in the Corporate and Finance Litigation department. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she was a Legal Director in a leading Luxembourg law firm.
Her practice focuses on shareholders’ conflicts and financial dispute resolution. She further assists international and local clients in negotiating and setting-up key commercial contracts and advises on pre-contentious matters, including cross-border aspects. She has in-depth expertise in negotiating settlement agreements and representing clients in commercial litigation.
She is also part of the German Desk providing a dedicated offering to German and German-speaking clients from the D-A-CH region.
