Fabian FRANKUS is a Counsel in the Investment Fund department and is part of the German Desk.
Before joining the Firm in 2022, he worked as an associate at a prestigious independent law firm in Luxembourg for 5 years. Now with over 8 years of experience in investment funds, banking and regulatory he is an essential and long-standing member of the German Desk.
Fabian advises a diverse range of clients in all areas of the aforementioned fields of law, with a special focus on investment funds and regulatory issues of all of the different types of market participants. His practice focuses lay on structuring and setting up investment funds and advising them in their day-to-day business, which englobes regulatory, corporate and other issues.
Fabian is a regular contributor of BAI where he share his extensive knowledge on various legal and regulatory topics of interest to the D-A-CH region.
