Ella SCHONCKERT is a Counsel in the Corporate and Finance Litigation department. She has over 10 years of experience within the firm.

She advises a wide range of clients on commercial, finance, insolvency and corporate litigation, including investment funds’ related disputes, with a special focus on shareholders’ disputes, and auditors’ and directors’ liability. She also has strong experience in arbitration as well as in complex debt recovery matters and enforcement proceedings, including exequatur proceedings of foreign arbitral awards and court decisions.
