Alessia BORDON is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Social department. She joined the firm in 2025, bringing her solid experience in Labour law from her previous role as a lawyer at a leading law firm in Luxembourg.

Alessia is specialised in Labour law litigation and advises national and international clients on a diverse range of employment law issues (individual terminations, settlement agreements, employment contracts, etc.)

In addition to her legal practice, she is also a lecturer at the Chambre de commerce.
